- Tourist tax is not included in the price. The tourist tax is for adults 1.5€. Children from 12 to 18 years pay pay half of the said amount 0.75€.

- After agreeing on the reservation dates, the booking will be confirmed once the guest pays a 20% advance of the total amount for the reserved stay (according to the price list). Our bank account details will be provided upon request. The remaining 80% is payable on the day of arrival.
- There is a possibility of using the washing machine in the laundry separate bathroom (washing machine, iron and ironing board).
- The price includes cleaning, changing of sheets and towels every 7 days and final cleaning.
- Using internet signal included in the price.
